The MANGUES Project is a reference in the development of innovative housing solutions that fit in the existing landscape. Because it's important to preserve indigenous natural elements that remained to us throughout the ages and preserve the cultures and habits of the people. Applying principles of passive solar design, we created a concept of living space that would connect each villa to it's surroundings. This connection is achieved with special relevance and detail to location and orientation of each House according to principles of better efficiency and effectiveness while respecting the resources and existing vegetation. We want to achieve a high standard of quality and comfort contemplating materials and efficient solutions that bring added value in the form of reducing the carbon footprint, both in production and operation. In the outdoor surroundings spaces around each House were designed in order to preserve the ecosystem of the entire place, respecting the people and their customs. The interconnection of these factors of sustainable construction with the nature of the place, are contributing to the recovery of the region known for excellence!
